Setting up your account

Device is installed- If our router is already installed at your property once you have completed your online order you will receive an email with your SSID and Password you will then need to view available networks and your SSID will appear enter the password you have received and connect to our network. You can also view your WIFI credentials one your 4th Utility customer account.

Device is not installed- Whilst placing you online order you will be asked to select an installation date, on the date chosen one of our engineers will come to your property to install one of our routers. Once the installation has been completed you will receive an email with your SSID and Password you will then need to view available networks and your SSID will appear enter the password you have received and connect to our network. You can also view your WIFI credentials one your 4th Utility customer account.
