Billing and payments

When will I get my first bill? Your first bill will begin on the date you selected for our service to be activated. 

How do I pay my bill? Your billing is set up via direct debit, payments will automatically be taken every 30 days.

How can I view my billing invoices? Head to your 4th Utility customer account through our website, select ‘Bills & Payments’. Here you will be able to view all of your payment history since becoming a customer. 

View your latest bill, make a payment and take a look at your itemised usage on the bills and payments page in My Account.
