Graduate of Trinity College Dublin ( History and Political Science), Bill spent the next 10 years in Accountancy, Taxation and Investment banking in Dublin.
Following a move to the UK in 1986, Bill has spent the last 30 years providing Corporate Finance advice to a wide range of SME clients in the NW of the UK, mainly IT and Telecomms companies.
Bill set up Metronet UK (now M247) and has maintained a role and interest through a number of PE transactions.
Bill was also a founding shareholder in Airfibre Limited, a Dublin based business following a Metronet business model. Bill joined with Tony Hughes and Andy Timbrell in establishing The 4th Utility.
