Please contact us via phone and we can process your cancellation for you.
We offer a few different contract lengths, however, all contracts have a 30 day notice period. If you are moving home or no longer need our service, you should give us 30 days notice to cancel your service. If you give less notice than this, we can still cancel the service on the agreed date, but you will be billed for your full 30 day notice period.
If you wish to cancel your contract before the end date, you must give 30 days notice. We will also calculate any Early Termination Fee that is due and let you know how you can pay it. If you are cancelling because you are moving home, please let us know so that we can discuss your options with you.
No, you also need to cancel your service with us. If you only cancel your payment instruction with the bank, you have not cancelled your contract with 4th Utility. Your service may be restricted and then cancelled due to non-payment. Additional fees may be incurred and we may take action to recover any debt owed if you don't tell us you wish to cancel.
