I'm new and want to sign up for your Broadband service for the first time.
Order Online: Head to http://www.4thutility.co.uk/ click ‘order now’ and search for your building or postcode in the ‘find your home’ search bar. Here you will be able to click on your building and order a package that best suits your requirements.
Registering your interest: If the Order Now option is not available, our website may offer to register your interest. We may have already begun cabling your building and be almost ready to provide you with a service. Our website will list an estimated date for when we will be ready to provide service. Please be aware that this can change, but if you register your interest with us, we will email you when we make your building live and ready to accept orders.
Sorry, we currently don't serve this location: I've typed my postcode into your website, but my address does not come up at all. If this is the case, our ultrafast broadband is currently not installed at your development and we need to build up enough interest to get our service live. Once we have enough registered interest you will see us start to install our network in your building. We will send you an email as soon as it goes live, although at this stage there will be no estimated date for service and we cannot guarantee that we will install our network soon.

You may have already created an online 4th Utility account and partially signed up online, without placing an order. Try logging in with your usual email address or using the forgotten password link on the sign-in page. https://the4thutility.co.uk/login You will be able to continue your order once logged in.
I already have a router, how quickly can I get online?
If you have a router pre-installed in your property, you can be online in minutes. Just check the router is powered on and you are good to go.
I don't have a router installed, what happens next?
When you place your order online, you will be offered a selection of installation dates, based on our current engineer availability. Once your order is placed, our engineer will attend your property to install a router and get you online. You will be billed from the day your router is activated.
