4th Utility has been named as a finalist in the prestigious Customer Experience Awards alongside some of the very biggest and best-known brands.
Our team has been shortlisted in the Best On-site Customer Experience category and will attend a glittering awards ceremony in London in October.
The submitted entry focussed in on our ambitious project in Greenwich - namely to make full-fibre broadband available to an underserved community. It highlighted how with our dedicated on-site customer engagement strategy, we overcame numerous challenges to deliver a fast, reliable service, alongside our market-leading social tariff.
We are one of two finalists in the category, and will join a host of the country’s most successful brands at the ceremony - including Network Rail, Legal & General, Cushman & Wakefield, Suzuki and Vodafone.
Steve Wilson, CEO of the Consumer Business Unit at 4th Utility, said: “Customers are at the heart of absolutely everything we do so we’re delighted to be announced as finalists.
“This news is a testament to how we are significantly punching above our weight as a relatively small but very ambitious ISP.
“The Greenwich project - and this subsequent shortlisting – has been a real statement of intent from us, not to mention yet another crucial step in our growth journey.”
Run by Awards International, the Customer Experience Awards celebrate the efforts and achievements of the UK’s customer experience professionals, giving them a unique chance to get industry recognition for their hard work and great results.
