It's easy to sign up online in just a few simple steps. Below are some FAQ's for anyone going through the sign-up stage for the first time.

I was looking at your website previously and am now ready to sign up, it says I'm already a customer. What do I do?
You may have already created an online 4th Utility account and partially signed up online, without placing an order. Try logging in with your usual email address or using the forgotten password link on the sign-in page. https://the4thutility.co.uk/login You will be able to continue your order once logged in.

I already have a router, how quickly can I get online?
If you have a router pre-installed in your property, you can be online in minutes. Just check the router is powered on and you are good to go.

I don't have a router installed, what happens next?
When you place your order online, you will be offered a selection of installation dates, based on our current engineer availability. Once your order is placed, our engineer will attend your property to install a router and get you online. You will be billed from the day your router is activated.
