Dear Customer
 
Our highest priority at the Barbican Estate is the complete satisfaction of our valued customers. To maintain this commitment, we consistently monitor and upgrade onsite equipment to uphold optimal efficiency and reliability.
 
We have identified  onsite equipment that requires replacement to better serve you. This upgrade will equip us with enhanced tools to improve our support services.
 
The scheduled maintenance is planned for Wednesday, 15th May, from 23:00 to 06:00 (Thursday, 16th May). Our dedicated team of engineers is diligently working to minimise any disruption to your service. However, please be advised that you may experience intermittent periods of downtime during this timeframe.
 
For customers utilising their own routers, rather than the 4th Utility standard Dasan H660, please refer to this link https://support.the4thutility.co.uk/can-i-supply-my-own-router for instructions on preparing your router for the update. Certain settings will need adjustment on your router to ensure seamless service restoration post-maintenance. Alternatively, feel free to contact our Customer Service Team at 0800 066 2833, selecting option 3, prior to the scheduled maintenance, and a member of our team will assist you accordingly.
 
Failure to contact us in advance if you use your own router may result in a loss of service until the necessary settings are updated.
