Description: Please be advised that our 3rd party engineers have been on site during the night and have located 950m of fibre damage. This will need replacing and will take some time. Engineers are currently collecting the cable this morning to commence works ASAP to get this back online and working. We have no ETA as to restoration of service as of yet but we are monitoring the situation with the 3rd party to ensure a quick resolution.
