Dear Customers,
Description: Please be advised that our 3rd party engineers resolved the fault yesterday at midnight and we have monitored the service since. Works continue around the Taunton area due to another fault on the same fiber route therefore this case will not close until works have finished on the other development in the area to prevent a pre-mature close and any further disruption to our customers. We will continue to monitor the service.
