Dear Customers,
Following an engineer’s visit to investigate the outage at Fox St, we have identified significant damage to the fibre installation caused by recent digging works on-site. Unfortunately, the extent of the damage and the current conditions prevent our engineers from carrying out repairs at this time.
We are working to coordinate the necessary steps to restore service as soon as possible, but access to the affected area needs to be made safe before repair work can begin. At present, we do not have an estimated timeframe for when this will be possible.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work towards a resolution. For further updates, you may also wish to check with your building management team.
Kind Regards,
4THU Infrastructure Team
Dear Customers,
We remain in contact with the building manager on the issue affecting the site, who have indicated that the ducts have been repaired. Our engineering teams are scheduled to complete the restoration works to the fibre by Monday when we expect service to be restored.
We apologies for the inconvenience that has been caused due to this disruption.
Kind Regards
4THU Infrastructure
