Dear Customers,

We are aware of a service incident affecting a number of customers, as a result, some customers may be experiencing a loss of service.

Engineers are currently investigating and further updates will follow shortly.

 Our supplier, CityFibre, has acknowledged an issue affecting a number of customer and is actively working to resolve it.

Our engineers are monitoring the situation closely, and we will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

We have observed services being restored; however, at this time, we have not received a confirmed root cause for the fault. As such, we will keep this incident open and continue to monitor service stability.

We will provide a further update once we are confident the issue is fully resolved.

Services have remained stable throughout the day. Feedback from CityFibre confirms that the issue has been repaired, and no further disruption is expected.
