We would like to inform you that CityFibre will be carrying out planned maintenance work that may affect your services.

Impact:
Service will be intermittent during the maintenance window.

Maintenance Window:
Start: 29/04/2025 at 01:00 AM
End: 29/04/2025 at 06:00 AM

If your service remains affected after the maintenance window, please power off your ONT and router for 30 seconds before turning them back on.

We apologise that services were disrupted for longer than initially anticipated during the maintenance window. All services have now been restored.
