We are currently aware of a service outage affecting Blocks E & F at Down Town Salford. The issue follows a nearby leak that has now been repaired.

We are currently awaiting an electrician to confirm it is safe to restore power and service to the affected equipment.

We apologise for the inconvenience and will provide further updates as soon as possible.

We have followed up with the on-site concierge, who has indicated that it may be tomorrow before an electrician can attend.

We understand the impact this is having and have escalated the issue, pushing for a shorter timescale to restore service as soon as possible.
